    The Digital Seniors computer literacy programme from the Positive Ageing Trust gives older people in Hawke’s Bay an opportunity to learn computer skills that enable them to stay connected to their family members and their friends.  Courses are elderly friendly, and tailored and paced for each small group of participants.

    Courses are running at present (2017) at Heretaunga Seniors Hastings, Age Concern Waipukurau and Age Concern Wairoa.

    The Digital Seniors computer literacy programme from the Positive Ageing Trust gives older people in Hawke’s Bay an opportunity to learn computer skills that enable them to stay connected to their family members and their friends.

    On Tuesday mornings Heretaunga Seniors has small groups of 5-6 participants with one to one computer tuition. On Tuesday afternoons a Drop-in Internet cafe/hub offers technical assistance and support with Seniors’ digital devices be they IPads, Tablets laptops etc.
